Really good Stay Experience

During my visit, the staff accommodated guest needs promptly. The team provided helpful information and advice, which i appreciated. I particularly enjoyed the off-road parking (very convenient!). the hotel's location on the outskirts of town made travel connections simple.
The room's carpet covered only a small area. I think full carpeting could enhance the room's 'beautiful' feel.

The location is near Leicester Road, which provides good travel links to other areas. The Skyline bus passed frequently (approximately every 20 minutes). A 20 minute walk took me to the station without problems.

The staff demonstrated really good care . They accommodated needs at short notice. staff members offered helpful information and advice, demonstrating attentiveness to guests.

Breakfast included a very good selection of food. Staff proactively offered hot drinks and toast (i think that was very thoughtful). The variety and taste of evening meals also impressed me.

The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all essential amenities. Fresh towels and amenities were offered regularly, maintaining a high standard. The bed and pillows provided really good comfort.

The venue offers a fully functioning bar with beautiful seating. This made our event very convenient. the outside area had fabulous views. there is plenty of room in the shower and wc area.

the location is good, the town centre is an easy walk. a craft beer pub is under ten minutes away along with a fish and chip shop. i didn't use it, but the proximity to the crematorium was beneficial.

The breakfast selection was varied. i enjoyed the evening meals. They were very tasty. cakes from the no 3 buffet were particularly lovely. This impressed my party. there was more than enough food.
